350.22. (Repealed).

350.22. Where the Minister has revoked the entry certificate of a person in circumstances described in subparagraph 1 of the first paragraph of section 350.21, the Minister shall not issue a new certificate under section 350.19 before the day that is two years after the day on which the revocation is effective.
